In a festive and exciting event at Laniado Hospital, Mr. Jacques Barr (Chairman and owner of Tempo Integration) was appointed to the President of the Board of Trustees, and the businessman and real estate entrepreneur Mr. Kobi Schlissel was appointed to the chairman of the board of trustees.

Interesting appointments in the forum of the board of trustees of “Laniado-Israel”. Mr. Jacques Bar, the chairman and the owner of Tempo Complex, was appointed to the position of president of the board of trustees, and the businessman and real estate entrepreneur Mr. Kobi Schlissel was appointed as the chairman of the distinguished board of trustees. In a special event held at Laniado Hospital, the management of Laniado – the CEO Mr. Nadav Chen, the medical director Prof. Zvi Shimoni and the VP for resource development and external relations Mr. Meir Mark – awarded official letters of appointment.
The forum of the Board of Trustees of “Laniado-Israel” currently has about 45 members, men and women from the fields of business, high-tech, public action, real estate and commerce. The forum convenes several times a year and participates in the formulation of strategic policy, construction and development, alongside assistance in raising resources in significant sums.
In light of the accelerated growth taking place in the recent years at Laniado Hospital, it was decided to appoint a president and a chairman of the distinguished forum, in order to enable a high level of involvement of the members of the forum’s management in various strategic moves, which are carried out these days within the walls of the hospital.
Mr. Jacques Bar, the president of the forum, said at the event: “We are here on a mission, sometimes you don’t choose the mission, but it chooses you. That’s how I feel about my activity at Laniado Hospital. We leave here for work. I see great value in bringing here many people, from all shades of the Israeli society, who will get to know the clinical, nursing and paramedical work that takes place here every day. As soon as we bring in the people, the business will speak for itself, I’m sure of that”.
The businessman and real estate developer Mr. Kobi Schlissel said at the event: “I arrived to Laniado about two and a half years ago, when I was suffering from Corona. I was hospitalized in the intensive care unit. I felt that my life was on the line. Prof. Shimoni can confirm this feeling. I didn’t understand why I came here. Today I understand. As my friend Jacques Bar said – sometimes you don’t choose the mission, it chooses you. With the God’s help, we will do everything, together with our friends, in coordination with the hospital management, in order to enable prosperity and growth for about half a million residents of Netanya and the Sharon Region”.
