This week we held a special gala evening at the Avenue Events Center, with a performance by the singer Hanan Ben Ari, who performed and moved in order to raise support for the construction of a protected emergency medicine hospital at a total cost of NIS 130 million.
The super project will include 4000 square meters and will provide an essential answer for about half a million citizens of Netanya and the Sharon Area, in routine and emergency situations.
Director General of the Ministry of Health, Moshe Bar Simantov, said in his speech:
“Laniado Hospital is in an impressive construction and development boom. The Ministry of Health will stand together with you behind this super project!”

A particularly moving moment occurred when the families of the abductees Engrest, Sharabi and Cohen approached to thank the wounded IDF soldiers for their great sacrifice during the war and after the injuries.
The โShield and Protector of the Sickโ sign was awarded to the director of the children’s emergency department of Laniado for his heroic service as a reserve doctor in an elite rescue unit.
The “Mutual Guarantee” shield was awarded to the members of the Board of Trustees of Laniado Israel: the president of the Reason Group, Mr. Yochai Bar Zakai-Hasidoff, and the businessman and real estate man, Mr. Levinstein, for their contributions to the “Lochamim without Borders” and “Hagal Sheli” associations.
The special evening was attended by public figures, senior executives from the business world, staff members and many guests, and of course the President of the Board of Trustees of Laniado Israel, Mr. Jacques Barr, and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Laniado Israel, Mr. Kobi Schlissel.
