A cooperation agreement was signed between the sports medicine unit in Laniado and the Maccabi Netanya football team
A cooperation agreement was signed between the Maccabi Netanya team and the sports medicine unit in the orthopedic department in Laniado Hospital. At the beginning of the year, the new orthopedic department was opened in a hospital under the management of Dr. Claude Picard. The department serves the residents of Netanya and the entire Sharon region and offers a wide range of tests, treatments and complex surgical procedures in luxurious and spacious hotel conditions. The sports medicine unit of the department, managed by Dr. Ofer Zaks, performs treatments and surgeries using the most leading equipment in the world and advanced methods in many athletes.
As part of the cooperation between Maccabi Netanya and Laniado, the hospital will provide professional services to the team, which will enable to the players high availability of examinations, treatments and surgeries if necessary, fully cooperating with the team’s medical team. CEO of Laniado Mr. Nadav Chen and the team’s CEO Mr. Niv Goldstein met with Dr. Zaks and the team’s medical staff and agreed on the principles of cooperation.
